TRANSLUX's ****ty service

<p>Worst service I have ever got in my life, it's actually disgusting. We left Durban on Sunday at 5pm, 10 minutes into the journey it started raining all to find out the wipers were not working so they had to do it manually. We continued and the bus just stopped with no explanations from drivers and we had a second stop and only then they tell us the bus is running out of air so it's affecting the brakes. We managed to get to Umtata and bus drivers calling for help to no avail. We stopped at ultra city Umtata at 23:45 and the mechanic arrived at 8:am next morning and said he was hijacked � the customer care line they keptvdropping our calls and no management was available nothing. Then mechanics from prasa came around 11:30 and they looked at the bus, and said its dead it won't be fixed now, I'm at 12:30pm we got another bus which was suppose to be going to Durban. Only then management arrives, I don t remember him apologising for the inconvenience. We left umtata at 13:00pm the next day and we arrived in PE at 22:30 when we were supposed to be here at 06:10am, mind you there were people going to George and capetown, the capetown guy had to go into another bus which was cause he was going to renew his citenzenship. <br />TRANSLUX sucks, the ****piest service ever. Busses faulty and dirty, toilets disgusting condition. We basicall spent 29 hours in a Translux bus �����</p>
