Translux *********** the poor

<p>On the 26 Feb I book the Translux bus from Johannesburg to Kimberley for the 28th that would be departing at 15h15pm from the Park station. I missed the bus due to being 15min late. I made alternatives to get to Kimberley on the 28th. On the 1st March when I ccontacted the office on the 0861 number I spoke to Phili Motolo. He was very rude telling me I cannot be refunded my money back cause I was careless it's my own problem if I didn't check the bus departure times. I explained to him that I just missed it by 15 min. He told me my money I'll never get back even gave him an option on deducting 10% he refused and hang up on me. The ticket I still have with me with the reference numbers.</p>
