Translux Ridiculous Behavior

Only put a star because I had to. They called me on Saturday to tell me my bus from king Williams town to Cape Town was cancelled. Well done. They also said they'd refund me. It's now Monday. No contact from them. I've called every branch including the 086 number. Nothing. I'm R3k in the red because I now had to book a flight. Not a ****** care from Translux regarding my refund. Shocking and absolutely unconstitutional. Ngomso I'm filing a lawsuit.
