Translux poor service

<p>I am so dissapointed with translux, on friday my bus was suppose to leave PE at 17:45 but ended up leaving at 20: 30. As if that was NOT bad enough, an hour later it got stuck in Grahamstown for about 3 hours. The drivers did not even communicate with us or even apologise. I was suppose to arrive at my destination at 00:40 but ended up arriving 5 hours later at 5:35 am. That spoilt all my plans and the worst thing is that no one from translux even bothered to apologise. Its is sad, please upgrade your standard. You have lost valuable customers. I wish I hadnt bought a return ticket because I swear I do not want to go through this again.</p>
