Translux lost my luggage worth R6000 and said not their problem I must count my losses!

<p>Translux is the worst possible means of transport ever, incompetant, unhelpful, and NO client service or courtesy whatsoever!</p> <p> </p> <p>I boarded the Translux Bu in Cape Town on Friday 05:00am to leave at 05:30am with ticket *** when arrving at Cape Town Station to board they just told us to put our own bags in the bus, no one checked whos bag was whose and no stickers put on bag or any sort of security system...</p> <p> </p> <p>When arriving in Grahamstown my destination and wanted to take my luggage it was gone, lost by Translux or ****** and Translux drivers have no care in the world just saying its my problem I must count my losses.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I lost my R1500 bible, my chronic medication which I cant go without and over R4000 of clothing but Translux just smiles and says not their problem. This is disgusting and if I am not reimbersed in full I will take further legal action and place it in every possible newspaper and inform every possible future passenger NEVER to use Translux services as it will cost them more than they can ever imagine.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want an immediate call on ********** 894 and want to be reimbersed before this day is over else legal action will commence, I must be preaching from tomorrow and now no bible, no toiletries, no money and no clothing!</p> <p> </p> <p>Raymond Khan</p> <p> ********** 894</p>
