Translux left us standing did not stop

I booked and paid 310 for a translux ticket from Shell Ultra City N1 North Midrand to Limpopo Venda ,the bus was supposed to arrive at 9h30 . I had arrived at the Shell garage around 9am and waited for the Translux bus , the bus arrived later on after 9h30 when I saw the bus I walked to where the buses Park the bus was still behind me , when I got to the parking area ,the bus then arrived , we thought the bus would stop ,the bus driver literally looked at us and did not stop at all .. we thought the bus would stop a distance ,but it literally just left me and others that were waiting for it ..I was literally shocked .. the bus left us , money I paid for down the drain I will never book translux Ever again after what just happened ..
