Translux leaves Pensioner stranded!
My Mother, Annalie Bartonik, on your Translux bus from Cape Town to Graaff-Reinette on the 25th February 2015 was left stranded 3 hours after her stop in Queenstown. It already started with a very bad booking experience at Translux Ticket Office Cape Town with very unhelpful staff, terrible knowledge. That was the good part! After the journey started, the bus steward never called stops, nor gave any information between stops. Now I understand that slightly, but what about minors and pensioners travelling on Translux? As mentioned my Mom was left stranded in Queenstown, 3 hours away from her intended destination. In tears she was left there with no explanation or intended plan or help to get back to Graaff-Reinet, we needed to call in family to make a 6 hour return journey to fetch her! Please do not ever put a child or pensioner on Translux! I expect a very good explanation from Translux management and I will withdraw my complaint! Translux Mangement management please do not test my patience on this issue, I WILL take this with no response from you! Regards, Francois Bartonik
