Translux leaves disabled women out in the cold all night

Am a disabled women... I waiting all night for my translux bus to joburg. The bus never come. I sat out in the cold for 5hours with my kids,this morning I call the translux call center spoke to a very rude women who dropped my call. Am highly disappointed... I have been refused a refund by translux...as a national speaker for disability Translux is not helpful or good to its customers. Am so disappointed even in the call center stall
