Translux has disgusting service

I am very disturbed by Translux bus services! They do not value their customers in such a way that they decided to issue out a bus with full load to Durban with no permit, now we have been stuck in shabby scary place where people ended up rioting and was dangerous for everyone.

Funny because before all this happen the bus driver stopped in some shop and told us that we must go and buy refreshments in case we get a breakdown before we get to the resting station (Montrose). How predictable, he must really have strong psychic powers!!!

Translux has shameful services, inconsiderate and disrespectful. Consider it twice before you travel with them because you must not reach your destination in time, IF you do reach it. They don't have you in heart but money is in their head.
