Translux gives ****py service

<p>I am a translux bus from kokstad to Johannesburg on the 18th June 2017. The bus driver is playing music at 3h00 am when some of us have work. I asked him to switch it off or use earphone and he told me he doesn't have earphones and he will not switch off his music. When I tried calling customer services the phones were not answered and there was actually a sound of the call being cut off because it did go through.</p> <p>I thought translux was better. The driver is probably cheeky because he knows no one takes complaints.</p> <p>I don't think I'm taking this bus again. </p>
