Translux failing with the basics

Translux is that bus company that will keep you waiting for an hour, offers no explanation and their call centre reps either do not respond or hang up on you.<br> <br> Heading to Durban from Johannesburg 22h00 bus. The bus is not here. No one tells you what happening. The staff is not here and one cant get onto their call centre. Customer service for what? Good customer experience for what? Here at translux we specialise in making one's trip a nightmare experience. Its very cold and people are treated like mere luggage to be carried to and fro. Very disappointing!
