Translux does not provide Good service.

Translux - I bought three tickets, the Bus passed the address without waiting or calling to check their phones & contact emails not getting answered because it was early. After 8 when their phone started working they responded and said to be contacting the driver they will give me feedback its now over 7 Hours they are no longer responding on their calls or calling me back. This is a hopeless situation because now we cannot get hold of them to resolve this. Its a lot of money we paid and the kids must Travel ASAP to get ready for school opening.
