Translux disgusting service!

<p>02-07-2017: My Girlfriend was suppose to travell from Jo'burg to Cape town. The bus departed the city around 7pm afer it was late already, that was just a warm up.. so the bus got stuck just after Kimberley around 1:00am. they kept tellin everypone that the other bus is coming.. 9hours later they still waiting for the "coming bus" in the cold winter breeze. The commuters had to take responsibilty to call the Offices to follow up on the alternative because the drivers didn't really care. The officess inform the passangers that the bus has been dispatched (7am), which it'll be another 6-7hours before it arrives at the scene, nevermind the +****M still to travel.</p> <p>mind you that i took a day off so that i can go pick her up, all that for nothing hey. Such disgusting treatment from a company of this calibre, SIESS!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>this is violation of customer service satisfaction and Translux should be revoked their licence to serve, this is totally unacceptable!!!</p> <p> </p>
