Translux city to city bad service

Booked a translux city to city from park Station to Elim. Bus was supposed to depart @8:00 buy we left at 9:30. We got to kranskop at 12:20 and the bus had a puncture. We gave them time to fix their issues but it's 16:00 and we are still here. Some of us are not gonna get taxis to our villages and we will have to sleep outside
