Translux Central Reservations ***

I called translux reservations today 22 July 2018 from 11h50 to enquire about reservations. A lady who was at the post was soo rude as if she owns the company. Instead of helping me with my enquiry she hanged up the phone saying I dont want to understand her explanation. I called the line again and requested her to tranfer me to someone whi can be able to explain better, she hanged the phone again wasting my air time. She acted as if she knows Translux wont do anything about her attitude or she owns the company and doesnt give a damn. Are we supposed to bag to spend our monies?
