Translux buses poor service not maintained

I am very disappointed at the translux bus from Phalaborwa to Pretoria, second time using it December and now January, the bus is a mess the aircons are not working and the bus does not have windows, the buses are dirty and toilets not working, the money we are paying is too much for this kind of service, now there is corona where are we supposed to get ventilation, this is rather disappointing and not a pleasant journey with translux, these buses are very old and need to be changed, as this is causing health hazards
