Translux bus service

09 Feb 2023, I purchased luxury coach one way ticked (Trunslux = R310) for my elderly(pensioner)mom from Midrand to Polokwane departing Shell UltraCity, Samrand on 10 Feb 2023, 09;30 arriving in Polokwane about 13;30. By 11:00, bus had not arrived and no communication/updates send to customers. By 11;15, City to City (coach/economy) arrives and all passenger Polokwane bound are informed to aboard with no explanation. Angered by this despicable service, I call customer service and I get told Autopax/Prasa have a right to change bus service without informing customers. Lady on the phone was yes to offer me apology letter which is not helpful. I wrote email to customer service demanding refund and awaiting feedback.
