Translux bus refusing to refund back the money paid.

I am very unhappy with the service I received from Translux, we booked a bus with a few friends of mine en route from Welkom to Durban on the 29th December 2021, we were informed on the 1st of December via telephone by one of the consultants from Translux in Durban to collect our refunds from computicket as the buses will not be in service, but we are struggling to receive our refund of R2660 made online via Computicket, I have also sent countless emails to the CEO of Translux but till this day there has been no reply or explanation as to why we have not been refunded and mind you we need to be in Durban on the 29th of December.
