Translux bus delays and no answer from 24/7 national helpdesk line

<p>I tried several times to call your 24/7 customer care line but no answer .</p> <p>Is this the way you provide customers service towards your passengers ?</p> <p>The bus were suppose to arrive at 4:00am @ Engen Humansdorp but still no sign of Translux , its already 5:30am ....</p> <p>This is unacceptable , you not answering your help line or SMS your passengers if there's delays or problems with your busses .</p> <p>Bad Customer's Service delivering ....</p> <p>Disappointed </p>
