Translux bus delayed by 5hours!!!

<p>The Translux bus from Kimberley to Cape Town for the 8th of March were delayed with 5 hours!!! I understand if they had a breakdown, but it is really pathetic and unprofessional to keep the pasangers waiting. The bus was supposed to arrive at 21:55 but only arrived in Kimberley at 03:10 the morning!!!! The passangers did not even receive a sms or any sort of notification that the bus had a breakdown and will be 5 hours late. We tried to phone the call centre multiple times with no luck, only after a few hours they got to through and were informed that the bus will only be there at 3am... I understand that they had a breakdown, but next time something like this happens please take the time to inform your customers/passangers waiting on the bus!!!</p>
