Translux bad service

I am very angry with Translux service...i booked a ticket today and had to leave at 7:15 pm from Mt frere to Johannesburg ..stood at the station for a good 3 hours with no sign of any translux bus or even get an sms notification for a bus delay nothing,instead when we called they never answered only to answer and tell us they do not know what must happen.i am supposed to be at work tomorrow, i dont even know what to do i am so frustrated ????????????i will never recommend Translux to anyone ????????????????
