Translux bad service

Worst bus service ever even worse then Sa Road link. For the second time in a month I booked with translux and guess what they ****ed me round both times now. Booked a ticket from Cape Town to mosselbay for today 06:30 and guess what the bus is still not here. I phoned the 0861 number to find out what's happening and the guy in the other end could not even assist, dint no why you working in a customer service department if you don't have a clue how to deal with customers. The last time I waited over 3 hours for them in the rain in swellendam and that time the driver didn't even apologies for being so late. I am supposed to go to work but I guess translux don't care as long as they have my money that's all that matters. Very very disappointed as we have to give our numbers when we booked but no 1 is letting the customers no what's happening.
