Translux bad service

I am travellong from JHB to Sibasa the 09:00 on 5 April 2018. The driver is extremely rude and speaks to the passengers as though they are animals. The bus smells like urine, there was no effort whatsoever in cleaning up the bus. The floors are dirty and so are the chairs. Its also very appalling that the bus harbors ****roaches.

All in all, I am disappointed and disgusted at the service that they give
