Translux and City To City are the WORST BUSES EVER

These buses are the WORST in terms of customer service and the drivers talk to people anyway they want as they are uneducated about customer service and the only thing they know is to drive a bus from point A to point B. They must be given a crash course on how to deal with customers and WE ARE NOT DOING THEM A FAVOUR OR THE COMPANY ITSELF. THESE STUPID BUSES ARE FULL OF ****ROACHES AS WELL AND THEY ARE LOWER GRADE DIRTY. IT ACTUALLY MAKES SENSE CAUSE THE DRIVERS ATTITUDES ARE AS DIRTY AND STINKING AS THE DAMN BUS DRIVERS.....NEVER AGAIN!
