Translux

I booked a Translux bus for today the 7th of August it was supposed to leave Mossel Bay at 00:40 and the time is now 03:14 I have been sitting at the garage since 23:00,The bus has not arrived and they do not even have the decency to send an sms and tell me what is going on..This is unacepptable because I have been calling the numbers written on the bus ticket and no1 is answering..I am not buying another ticket I want to be re-imbursed
