Translux

Never again will I set foot on any Translux bus ever again. It has been the worse experience ever. On my first trip down from Port Elizabeth to Worcester (Thursday 3 April) the bus arrived an hour late at bus station in PE....then we had to wait hour and half for riots to clear up at Thornhill (unforseen circumstances, that we all.understand)....with all the pick ups and drop offs a long the way....we were 6 hours and 15min late on arrival in Worcester. Not to mention the ****roach infested bus we travelled in...they were all over the floor, especially as it became darker....they crept out. Disgusting!!! So today I'm traveling back to PE....had my hopes high, it can't go worse than Thursday...only to be waiting for 4 hours at the station in Worcester......only 1 bus driver driving the bus....he has no one else to assist in driving....is it not protocol?????? Bus is falling appart, door can't seal properly, wind gushing through there. Bus driver on his cellphone with friends/family while driving with approximately 20 passengers on board. He also mentioned to me about how tired he is......poor guy has no one to take over from him to drive for couple of hours. It is soooo dangerous people....I'm really shocked with what I see....I'm sorry....but I've had the worst experience ever on translux...won't recommend anyone to travel by this company ever. **********!
