Translucent stuck out Graaff Reinet since 22:35

Good day I would like to lodge a complaint about the horrible service of the tranxlux call center. My wife has been stuck in thier bus since 22:35 last night and the passengers are not getting any updates. I called the call center and the lady I spoke to said "I don't what happened I just came in" . My question is why does it take so long to get a replacement bus? Why do they communicate with passengers? The service is so bad and I will not be using the bus ever again nor will I recommend it to anyone.
