Total bad service and zero sense of care given

<p>On the evening of the 27th December 2016, I got on the Translux bus to Port Elizabeth from Bloemfontein which left Bloemfontein at 22:45. The driver was reckless and to my surprise at 3:00am we are stuck in middelburg in the Eastern cape , it's 10:00am of the 28th December 2016 and we are stuck in middelburg still, no excuses given, no apologies or anything. The bus driver and his assistant are on the phone calling up and down but without a resolution or communication to us 45passengers. I'm very disappointed and miserable, Translux doesn't seem to even care. We should have been in PE by 6:20 this morning already but we find ourselves sitting on the paving outside the bus cos it's scotching hot! No care is given or worry here, we not sure if we will ever leave middelburg!
