to my money and did not bring the bus they booked

On the 29 i booked a city to city bus, from bloemfotein to umtata the bus did not came i was told i would be given the money back without considering the bread n breakfast cost the cab cost and that I stood outside waiting for a bus that never came, i plead in a bus going to queenstown I called the call centre so that they can make arrangements when i reach queenstown but i again received no help i was answered improperly by mongezi without coming out with constructive solution. Now am travelling not knowing what will happen when i reach queenstown cause the final destination i paid for is umtata. Please help cause i stood outside there since 11:30 pm until 2:00 am without any apology or what so ever
