Ticket sales lady a *****

Good day It’s my second time this is happening to me, the lady that sells tickets at sibasa for city to city is robbing us, when you pay the amount required she says u only gave her a certain amount or does not give you back change.

In April I was taking the bus for two people and we paid extra R700 to be exact, she didn’t give us the change, when we got back she said she made a mistake, today she said bus ticket is 320 from sibasa to oakmor, I gave her 350 , I counted it , then she said it’s R100 short , I had to give her an extra R100 which I didn’t have and still she did not bring back change, she ****** me extra plus change 😡customers are complaining about that lady, I want my R100 and the change back , and I want something to be done , imagine how much she must be *****ing from the elderly people.
