Ticket paid but no bus

I bought a ticket for my daughter to take the bus from Middelburg to Pretoria on 4 Oct 2015, after waiting half an hour for the bus to arrive at 12:30 a phone call was made at 13:00 to the call centre whereby a consultant informed us that the bus is still on its way. After another 30min (1 hour in total) after the bus was suppose to arrive we called the call centre again, just to find out that the bus driver \bypassed"Middelburg. The consultant very blandly offered to rebook the ticket for tomorrow 5 Oct 2015"
