They never came and blamed it on me!!!!!!

<p>Booked a city to city bus from midrand to leave at 10:55 , the bus did not come, apparently a tranlux bus came and I didn't board that bus because I book a city to city, no one informed me that a tranlux will be coming and I need to board it, I called the customer service for over an hour and no one andwered and finally Lucky picks and tries to help me, he said he was going to put me on 7:55 pm bus that was coming later, the bus never came , 9 o'clock bus came and they didn't know anything about me .the drivers tried to help and took me to jhb bus station, the supervisor there was SO RUDE! didn't want to hear anything I a had to say, said I was lying and I should just admit that I was late. The drivers helped me to get to durban! No one has ever gotten back to me after I laid a complaint to today... I hate this bus service! They can much better than this!!!!</p>
