They imply that you are lying - They do not arrive to pick you up!

<p>Worst service ever!! Did not even stop at Klerksdorp this morning - then Translux have the odasity to inform me that they did - I wonder when - as the bus was suppose to stop at 10:10 - I was there at 9:30. Tried to get hold of them at 10:20 to find out when the bus are coming. Only to be told at 10:35 that the bus was already there!! What the hell - not even the guard at the gate saw the bus! Then Translux implies that I dont know what Im talking about as the other person that was suppose to be picked up was on the bus. Well Im telling them straight that they are lying. We were the only pleople there - the bus did not stop - they skipped Klerksdorp!! Poor service, poor client service - I will never book with them again and if that is they way they treat their customers - implying they are lying, or blind or stupid then I would suggest that you do not book with them. You do not want to be treated that way, and besides there is nothing worse than knowing you need to be in PTA today - and there is no transport - they can only help you tomorrow.</p>
