They don't deserve a single star.

<p>We were to leave midrand at 19:50 and they were late.we were suppose to leave Johannesburg for Durban at 21:30.We have been at park station for hours.other buses have been leaving.apparently we have a flat tire.a flat tire?shouldn't they have checked?the driver is so rude and unapologetic about the whole thing.The customer care 24hour line just rings and there is no answer.never again will I book thier bus or recommend it to a friend.then they offer 5% off return tickets lol no way forget it</p> <p> </p>
