Their service is bull****

I have a complain to raise about one of your irrogant,rude,disrespectful driver from Dwaarsloop.Reg Zfk120 gp.this guy doesn't know what customer service is.he got here packed the bus nd went out for about an hour and it started raining we jumped to the bus and when he came back he told us to go outside nd buy tickets and were very little and he started screaming that he doesn't have change I was having R500 on my hands buying two tickets for adults.and I waited aside and when I wanted to buy he rold me that he doesn't want he wont sell me the tickets just beacuse I was complaining about his service .and after that he said the people who are left in the line should get inside they will buy tickets at bushbuckridge and we went there and as were there and he was about to leave this other guy wanted ro jump im he stopped the bus and the driver said sweared at the guy and said (wanya)like seriously is this the type of servoce that you promoting and giving your customers.cause this is disrespect on another level.im really not happy about how this rude man talked ro us .like we his kids.u need to do something about type of a behaviour its not acceptable at all.
