The worst experiences ever with City to Ciyy

i booked a bus for 2 people for today 1 Febryary 2022,from King Williams Town to Durban and the bus never came to the pick up point and no communication was sent.. It is 2h47 bow and no bus still.None of the numbers listed are working. I just want my money back
