THE UTTER DISRESPECT OF TRANSLUX!!!!!

After waiting the whole night for a bus that was meant to leave at 22:15 and ended up arriving at 03:59, meaning we froze sitting outside for most of the night! We are woken up because the bus has broken down again two hours later and we are wasting more of our precious time having to deal with a foul driver who threatens people who seek answers because they have commitments to get to in this short weekend. This is beyond horrible Translux / City to City. I should be an hour away from my destination right now instead of fighting the onset of pneumonia and being subjected to the burning smell of your bus and the foul attitude of your staff. You owe all of us a full refund for this horrible service. You have disrespected us to no decimal point!!!
