The ever late City to city

I booked a bus from Qumbu to Port Shepstone , I was supposed to leave today 2019-06-04 @15:30. I was at the pickup point at 15:00, the bus was very late, at 17:30 I saw a Translux bus dropping of a passenger, I went to ask the driver about the City to City. I tried calling their customer care number which is unattended and only an automated voice told me they work from 07:00 to 16:00 She told me the bus was late, I didn't even recieve a text message from City to City informing me that the bus was running late, they just expected me to sit and wait outside on a cold winter night.

This is not the first time they are doing this, in March I booked a bus for my brother from Qumbu to Port Shepstone, the child sat in town until 18:00 and the bus never came, we were unable to get hold of them on the phone to enquire until the child had to go back home because it was late.

These people need to stop running the bus if they are failing because we are paying our monies for the bus tickets but we end up not getting what we paid for and there is no refund.
