THE BUS THAT NEVER CAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>Good day. I booked tickets for my parents both over 50 to depart form Plettenbergbay at 21:30 22/12/16. Guess what 2 hours later and still no sign of a bus. They are standing in the cold waiting for WHAT!! I tried calling the call centre numbers more than 50 times, and YES more than 50 to no answer. I am gatvol and will never in my life recommend this **** to anyone. I feel sick to the stomach knowing that there are services like you out there.</p> <p>THANKS FOR NOTHING and making me spend a christmas without my parents!!!!!!!!</p> <p> ********** 529</p>
