The bus never arrived

I am very unhappy with the service I received from this bus service. And I always travel with this busses but after this I service I received, I don't think I will travel with either Translux or City to City ever again because it is not reliable.<br> <br> I both a bus ticked for City to City.<br> <br> Date 09 July 2015 time<br> Departure: 03:25<br> Arrival time: 05: 30<br> *** <br> Service number C84301<br> SOU871<br> <br> <br> I was at the bus stop at 3:00am in the morning and the bus never arrived I waited till 5am <br> I waited in the cold at to call a cab again to collected me as I was cold and cold not wait any longer and women alone. I needed to go to Johannesburg because I work there I needed to be in Johannesburg at 6:00am.<br> <br> What is upsetting is that when you call the call centre no one is willing to assist you, they keep giving me this <br> This number to dial *** / 8, and I am not getting any where as no one picks up this number. <br> I received a voicemail from a lady called Anthia she left a mail for me to call her back on the above number but,<br> I have been unsuccessful.<br> <br>
