Terrible Service!!!

Horrible service. We left from phalaborwa to Pretoria on Friday 31/10 and when we stopped for refreshments, the driver made us switch from translux to a city city that was in a very bad condition, seats horribly stained,badly reeking air!!! To top the chart, on our return trip on 02/11, the bus was supposed to leave Bosman station at 10H30 instead it came 2 hours later at 12H30, the translux staff didn’t even bother to apologise or reassure us!!!!
