Terrible service

Extremely disappointing service, bus was booked from Durban to Jhb for 8.30am, bus arrived at 8.50am and left around 9.30am, after traveling for a couple hours the bus breaks down for about 2 to 3 hours, we finally get moving for about an hour and it breaks down again for another hour, we get moving again and then have to change busses, the driver then takes a wrong route. The ETA for this trip was 14.50 but we landed at JHB station at 23.30pm so traveling from 9am to 11pm...NEVER AGAIN
