Terrible service

<p>I'm utterly disappointed with city to city services. I booked a bus from Johannesburg park station to Matatiele, a bus that's supposed to leave at 19:20 according their time schedule, now the time is 21:00, still no bus. One hour ago we were told that the bus went for car wash, now we are told that the bus went for service. This is totally ridiculous, we are waiting outside here at park station, it's freezing, children are freezing. Please can something be done about this, it's ludicrous.</p>
