Terrible Atittude from female driver

Good day<br> <br> From my understanding, bus drivers have to assist passengers with loading and offloading of luggage. However, this was not the case yesterday. The lady driver yesterday refused to help the passengers with their luggage. I understand Translux is empowering women but then if she's driving then maybe she needs to be accompanied by a male host(not a hostess). My mother(and other passengers) struggled with her luggage yesterday(when she got to her destination) and this lady was just standing watching. Fortunately I was there to help my mom load her bag on departure. This is totally unacceptable!
