Suspect company use another bus service please!!!

Now I manage to get through to helpdesk. I ask Consultant if it is Translux as he just answers "ello", he refuses to confirm just says what is my query about. I mention my daughters bus failed to arrive and he put the phone down. I am going to Swellendam police station to open a ******** charge of theft against Translux. I will also take the docket to Computicket to get statements. And tell everyone to avoid this bus service like a plague. One if their drivers said the bus did not stop at Swellendam and that the company would reimburse us. What a joke they won't part with a penny
