If there was a zero rating then I would have used that.

It is insane that I had to wait for a Nelspruit to JHB bus for an entire 2 hours. To make things worse, the bus was entirely cramped because there wasn’t a City to City bus for City to City passengers.

I need a full refund for my 20 Feb Nelspruit to JHB ticket
