Stranded on the roadside from 19:00 PM last night until 10:30 AM following morning—Zero accountability

I am writing this review out of absolute frustration. We have been stuck on the side of the road on a City to City bus since 7:00 PM last night, and it is now 10:30 AM the following morning. We have spent over 15 hours stranded in the dark with no food, no water, and absolutely no urgency or proper communication from the company. To make matters worse, the driver has now informed us that we are waiting for a replacement bus to come all the way from Cape Town. They cannot even guarantee if this replacement will be another broken-down, old bus. Because of City to City's complete failure, a standard trip has turned into a nightmare where we are now expected to be on the road for more than 35 hours. This level of service from City to City is completely unacceptable, dangerous, and a case of gross negligence. Leaving passengers stranded overnight on a dark roadside with zero support shows a complete lack of care for customer safety and basic well-being. I am extremely disappointed and demand immediate action and accountability for this nightmare experience.
