Still no feedback

I lodged a complaint with regards to bad service. Received no feedback. More facts came to my attention. The driver of the bus grabbed a 7 year old girl by the throat when she accidentally fell forward over the gear lever. This is part of my previous complaint which came to my attention later. Apparantly the child bumped over the drivers drink. The child informed me that it wasnt a soft drink!
