Still haven't been reimbursed for my lost laggage

I was travelling from Johannesburg to Mthatha on the translux bus on 10th of June. I was going the to stock Curtains, bags, clothes and other things worth R7000, when were boarding the bus we were not given the tags that we usually get when travelling which was really strange, when I was in Mthatha my luggage was gone ni traces no nothing. They promised to solve my case and ascalated me to head office where I spoke to a lady called Christine and we kept communicating vai e-mail and telephonically. She no longer takes my calls or responds to my e-mails. That stock is my source of income and they are not respoding. This is horrible. Pumza Hempe ********** .
