Sticking Attitude and ****ty service

What a ****ty service from their staff in Louis and drivers from thohoyandou to Johannesburg. I took a bus from sibasa to Johannesburg at 7:30. It was stopping at each and every stop. We got to Louis at 10. I asked the driver to change me into another bus but he refused, I even asked the guy in the office in Louis if they can change me cause I'm going to work and they said we will arrive at Johannesburg around 5 then he went on about how he has been working for 14 years at city to city so I have no right to tell him he has to change me and more.
